Bethany graduated from Brunel University in 2020 as a Physiotherapist and went straight into working within private practice. Initially treating health insurance clients, Bethany has moved into working with self-paying clients designing bespoke treatment programs and packages for the best outcome.
Bethany has worked in both clinical and prestigious gym settings for treatment. She uses a combination of manual therapy techniques, such as passive stretching, mobilisations, and a range of soft tissue techniques, alongside an individually tailored exercise program in the rehab gym for optimal recovery. Bethany is also a qualified sports massage therapist with an interest in strength and conditioning.
Bethany has a real passion for treating various musculoskeletal conditions ranging from chronic lower back pain to rotator cuff pathologies to post-operative knee injuries. She also has a keen interest in stroke rehab, assisting people in functioning at their full potential and reaching their personal goals.
Bethany is completing her masters in veterinary Physiotherapy following her experienced background in the equestrian industry, having competed in eventing and dressage.
