Mr Syed Aftab is a Consultant Orthopaedic & Spinal Surgeon at Cromwell Hospital, London. He specialises in spinal injuries and has been treating adult and paediatric patients since 2006. He is also the Clinical Lead for Spinal Surgery at Barts Health NHS Trust, based at the Royal London Hospital.

Dr. Wing Chu is a highly experienced Consultant in Musculoskeletal, Sport, and Exercise Medicine (SEM), serving patients in key London areas such as Battersea, Streatham, and Eltham. Working closely with Clearcut Physiotherapy, a leading London physio team, Dr. Chu provides comprehensive care for a diverse range of patients. In addition to his private practice, he is the Lead Consultant for the Bromley Community Musculoskeletal Service within the NHS.

Mr. Shah Punwar is a highly respected consultant trauma and orthopaedic surgeon based in London, serving key areas such as Battersea, Streatham, and Eltham. A graduate of Imperial College School of Medicine (2001), Mr. Punwar pursued his basic surgical training in Kent and London. He then completed his specialist orthopaedic training on the esteemed Bristol rotation. Dr Abhi Gulihar is a fellowship-trained orthopaedic surgeon specialising in surgical and non-surgical treatment of the upper limb conditions.

I am a level 5 Soft tissue therapist who graduated from the ISRM. I also have a BSc in Movement Science (Ghana University). I have been involved in providing treatment to athletes and the public for many years over different continents in the last 20 years, so I have plenty of life experience with expert skills.
