We assess and treat over 300 whiplash and personal injury cases per year and are continuously looking to expand on this.

Our Medicolegal framework

Our internal medicolegal framework that we use adheres to the following SLA’s:

  • We contact your new patient and offer an appointment the day we receive the referral.
  • First treatment offered on same day as the assessment (to speed up the patient journey).
  • Double treatment sessions or twice weekly treatment sessions (where appropriate) to speed up recovery.
  • Assessment and discharge report emailed the same day as the assessment/treatment session.
  • An auto-generated email facility to keep you updated on patient progress that can be tailored to your needs. This means no chases are required, ever.
